In Virginia Beach, a 66-year-old Connecticut man has been arrested and charged with the 1986 sexual assault and murder of 22-year-old library worker Roberta Walls, nearly 40 years to the day after her body was found in a field across the street from where she worked. And in Wisconsin, a man has been charged with first-degree homicide in the disappearance of his wife of nearly 20 years; investigators say he bought a trash can four days after she was last seen, created a new Facebook profile listing himself as widowed, joined Tinder within a month, and was later found to have given his new girlfriend his missing wife's wedding ring.
