Dr. Russell Fulmer is an Associate Director at the Counseling Program at the prestigious Northwestern University. He has research interests in Artificial Intelligence and Psycho-dynamic Theory. He lived in the Caribbean for 5 years where he had a counseling practice as a therapist and professor. Dr. Fulmer teaches a course called Psycho-dynamic Counseling.
